Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager (Freight Forwarding). The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company’s reach. Responsibilities include creating and executing sales plans, identifying market trends, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal teams to fulfill client needs. The role requires working collaboratively to grow the business while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Negotiation skills
Strong Communication, Networking, and Relationship Management skills
Market Research, Analysis, and Reporting abilities
Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
