Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Rajkot, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies for market expansion. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, networking, meeting with clients, managing sales pipelines, and preparing proposals and presentations. Qualifications Strong background in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in market research and analysis Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies Experience with ERP solutions, particularly within the education sector, is a plus Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
