We are looking to hire two business development professionals, based in Mumbai and Bengaluru, as part of

our growth team. The roles are fully remote, and would require travel as needed.

Roles & responsibilities

• Develop a strong funnel and manage the sales cycle independently

• Represent the company in key meetings, events and discussions

• Build and customize marketing collateral for ICPs across key target markets

• Onboard and support the first set of engagements, and ensure seamless handoff to operations

• Build on upsell and cross sell opportunities for high potential accounts

• Maintain dashboards and trackers to track lifecycle and engagement

• Support growth team in value illustration and broader client engagement

Expectation

Experienced professional with at least 8 years of relevant experience, and a demonstrable track record in enterprise business development. The role requires to engage with senior leaders and business managers across industries, and functions. Experience working with CRM systems (like HubSpot), GTM tools or equivalent is necessary. Strong value illustration in previous role(s) and valid testimonials will be key for consideration.
