Overview

MOTM Technologies is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with an engineering background to drive growth and expand our presence in the engineering and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B marketing, product sales, or agencies, with a deep understanding of technical products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development

    :
    • Identify new business opportunities in the engineering and industrial sectors.
    • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and increase sales.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals that address client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management

    :
    • Build long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
    • Manage client accounts, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely delivery of services.
  • Sales Strategy

    :
    • Lead sales efforts and negotiations, driving deals to closure.
    • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns targeting the right customers.
  • Product Knowledge

    :
    • Understand and effectively communicate MOTM Technologies' portfolio of services to clients, emphasizing our expertise in technical marketing, sales support, and engineering solutions.
  • Reporting & Analysis

    :
    • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales pipeline, and revenue projections.
    • Use data to optimize strategies and improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background

    : Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields preferred).
  • Experience

    :
    • 3-5 years of business development experience, preferably in a B2B marketing company, product sales, or agency environment.
    • Demonstrated success in selling technical products/services.
  • Skills

    :
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
    • Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the engineering industry and its specific challenges.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales solutions for technical products.
  • Experience with developing tailored solutions for clients in engineering or manufacturing sectors.
