Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and team performance. This position requires a strategic, analytical, and leadership-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management

  • Develop and implement a robust sales pipeline for one or two assigned products based on business needs.
  1. Performance Monitoring & Improvement

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics of team members, taking necessary corrective actions to align with organizational goals.
  1. Team Briefings & Motivation

  • Lead daily team huddles to communicate objectives, track progress, and maintain high motivation levels.
  1. Training & Quality Ownership

  • Oversee the training and performance quality of the sales team. Coordinate with the Product Team for training sessions and provide timely feedback.
  1. Self-Performance & Metric Tracking

  • Continuously monitor and enhance personal performance by tracking KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue per lead, and average sale value.
  1. Market Insights & Feedback Sharing

  • Collect and share customer feedback, market demands, and competitor activity with the marketing team, in coordination with senior sales leadership.
  1. Reporting & Issue Resolution

  • Provide timely reports on critical issues and propose actionable solutions to the management.
