About YourToken YourToken is transforming how D2C brands on Shopify engage with their customers. Our all-in-one platform addresses the most pressing challenges faced by modern e-commerce brands—poor retention, rising acquisition costs, fragmented app stacks, and campaign complexity—by offering plug-and-play loyalty, referral, and engagement tools tailored for fast-growing D2C startups. What You'll Do As a Business Development Manager, you'll be on the frontlines of YourToken’s growth—building trusted relationships with D2C founders and helping them unlock higher LTV and stronger retention through our platform. This role will include: Identifying and qualifying high-potential D2C leads across the Shopify ecosystem. Managing the complete sales cycle—from outreach and demo to closing and onboarding. Engaging directly with founders, CMOs, and CXOs to position YourToken’s value proposition. Collaborating with internal teams to align messaging, improve GTM strategies, and deliver insights from the market. Playing a key role in expanding our footprint in both domestic and emerging international D2C markets. Meeting and exceeding revenue goals while ensuring long-term client success. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or startup sales. Strong track record in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals. Clear, persuasive communication skills and confidence presenting to senior decision-makers. Familiarity with the D2C ecosystem Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Bonus: Exposure to clients or markets outside India is a plus. Compensation CTC 12-18 LPA Show more Show less
