  experienced Business Development Manager (BDM)

  who can help us

  connect with big brands, agencies, and production houses

  , and bring high-value projects to our studio.

Role Overview

identifying new opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, pitching our services, and closing deals

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients

  including big brands, advertising agencies, gaming studios, and production companies.
• Develop

  strategic outreach plans

  to secure meetings with marketing heads, brand managers, and agency executives.
• Present XPLO Animation’s

  portfolio, capabilities, and service offerings

  in a compelling manner.

• Negotiate and close deals

  , ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain

  long-term client relationships

  , ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the internal creative team to develop

  tailored proposals, pricing packages, and project pitches

  .
• Stay updated on

  industry trends

  in animation, VFX, and CGI marketing to position XPLO as a

  premium creative partner

  .
• Represent XPLO Animation at

  industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

  .

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience

  in business development or sales, preferably in

  animation, VFX, production houses, advertising, or creative agencies or B2B service industry

• Strong

  existing network

  with decision-makers in

  brands or agencies

  is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of

  closing high-ticket projects

  in the creative/media industry.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  .
• Understanding of

  CGI ads, animation workflows, and marketing campaigns

  is a plus.
• Ability to

  work independently

  and achieve targets.
