About the Role:


Xonier Technologies is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in software and IT services sales. As a BDM, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with direct clients, and closing high-value deals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the software and IT services space
  • Initiate outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events
  • Understand client needs and propose customized software and IT solutions
  • Conduct product demos and solution presentations to prospects
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and product) to ensure service excellence
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries, pipeline updates, and sales reports


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 2–5+ years of sales experience in software and IT services
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, client acquisition, and solution selling
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision
  •  Immediate joiners are strongly preferred


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in SaaS, cloud services, or enterprise software sales
  • Existing network of direct clients or partnerships in relevant sectors
  • Experience in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
