Title : Business Development Executive Experience: 2-4 yrs Job : Full time / onsite Location : Noida Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and inbound lead follow-up. Understand client needs and requirements to present tailored software solutions. Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and with the product team to deliver feedback. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM records and sales reports accurately and timely. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any graduation degree, or a related field. Strong understanding of the software sales cycle. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Nice to Have: 1–3+ years of experience in B2B software sales (SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software preferred).
