Your Role: Business Development Executive – Technical Sales

• We’re looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy professional to lead our

  technical sales and business development efforts

  . You’ll play a critical role in expanding our market presence across government agencies, maritime industries, defense sectors, and smart infrastructure partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive

  end-to-end technical sales cycles

  – from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and manage relationships with key clients in

  marine, defense, environmental, and infrastructure

  sectors
• Understand client requirements and propose relevant

  AI-driven robotics or electric propulsion solutions

• Prepare commercial proposals, product demos, technical documents, and pricing strategies
• Maintain CRM reports, sales pipeline visibility, and coordinate post-sale support
• Represent Xera Robotics at exhibitions, demos, and industry meets
• Keep up with industry benchmarks, sales best practices, and market trends

Preferred Profile

• Bachelor’s in engineering, Business, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in

  technical or B2B industrial sales

• Understanding of drone or EV-based technologies is ideal
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing abilities
• Exposure to working with

  government clients, tenders, or pilot projects

  is a plus
• Self-driven, collaborative, and excited by emerging tech
