Overview:

Business Development Lead

 

Key Responsibilities:Team & Operations Leadership

  • Lead and oversee the

    Marketing

    and

    Admissions

    teams to ensure smooth operations, effective coordination, and target achievement.
  • Coach and guide team members to achieve individual and collective goals, improving conversion and overall business performance.
  • Collaborate closely with management to ensure consistent communication, accountability, and timely reporting.

Business Development & Growth

  • Drive

    global business growth

    by promoting company services, including training programs, software solutions, and digital marketing offerings.
  • Identify and onboard new clients and institutional partners for training collaborations and project opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic

    go-to-market (GTM)

    and business development plans to expand the company’s reach and revenue streams.

Marketing & Lead Management

  • Oversee marketing performance across multiple channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Email campaigns) to optimize lead generation and ROI.
  • Work with the content and digital teams to create impactful

    case studies, campaigns, and promotional materials.

  • Ensure that marketing and admissions workflows are data-driven, streamlined, and result-focused.

Client Engagement & Proposal Management

  • Engage with prospective clients and partners to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage proposal preparation,

    RFP documentation

    , and client presentations in coordination with technical and creative teams.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure sustained satisfaction and retention.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–4 years of experience in

    business development, marketing management, or admissions leadership,

    preferably in the education, tech, or services sector.
  • Strong understanding of

    lead generation, sales funnels, and client acquisition strategies.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams

    and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent

    communication, interpersonal, and negotiation

    skills.
  • Familiarity with

    CRM tools

    , email marketing platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and drive initiatives from concept to completion.
