Now, we’re looking for a Social Media & Brand Strategy Lead who can build our digital presence across all our brands and lead our communication vision to the next level.

Your Role

You’ll be the voice of our ecosystem crafting creative, impactful, and consistent communication across multiple brands under Wartens. You’ll lead strategy, execution, and coordination between internal teams, external media partners, and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media strategies for multiple brands within Wartens Ecosystem.
• Manage all company pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) ensuring brand consistency and growth.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and media suppliers for campaigns and collaborations.
• Build, train, and lead a small internal social media & content team.
• Create engaging posts, stories, and short-form content that align with brand goals.
• Develop monthly social media calendars and performance reports.
• Take ownership of content direction, tone, and visual identity.
• Stay ahead of trends especially in

  AI, automation, robotics, and emerging technologies

  and integrate them into brand storytelling.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, branding, or digital marketing.
• Strong creativity and visual sense.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in taking decisions and ownership of projects.
• Experience managing multiple brands or clients simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Interest or background in AI, technology, or industrial innovation is a big plus.
