Position Overview : We are looking for Candidate with strong BD experience and deep knowledge of freight forwarding . Strong Client focus, relationship building and negotiation skills . Incumbent will be required to do Sales Revenue, Lead generation, sales cycle productivity improvement, preparing business development, Strategy etc. Roles and Responsibilities Achieving 100% GP targets as per company norms. Responsible for sales growth in the region and focus sector for the company. Map the market and maintain a market intelligence of customers in the region. Develop a prioritized target customer list and focus sales effort to penetrate and grow the target customers. Develop strong understanding of the business of Critical customers to aid customer retention. Candidate in Sales in Freight forwarding industry, our major strengths are: Sea Imports - Sea Exports - LCL & FCL, Air Export Knowledge, Skills, Competencies And Abilities Sound knowledge of all freight forwarding products (Air Import Export Ocean Export Import), Custom Clearance. Good knowledge of the Local Market and Competitors. Good interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent customer focusing skills. Good team player, possess good Leadership skills: able to direct, supervise and manage a Sales Force • Results driven mindset Proficiency in English and local language Min. Graduate, Master's Degree or Diploma in Marketing or International trade • Minimum 3-5years of working experience for the the same Freight Forwarding Industry a • Noticeable track record in Sales Marketing and Business Development.
