Business Development Manager

We are seeking a young, dynamic, and driven individual to work directly under the Chairman of the company. This role offers a unique opportunity to be mentored and groomed by top leadership while gaining hands-on exposure across multiple business verticals — including real estate development, education (schools and colleges), and warehousing projects.

The candidate will be actively involved in the Chairman’s day-to-day business activities, assisting in project coordination, business development, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Chairman on daily business operations, meetings, and project follow-ups.

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships across various sectors.

• Coordinate and monitor ongoing real estate, educational, and warehousing projects.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for the Chairman’s review.

• Conduct market research and analysis to support business development initiatives.

• Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and external partners for smooth execution of projects.

• Support in planning, scheduling, and managing the Chairman’s professional engagements.

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
