Roles and Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management with existing clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for Unsecured Loans (BL) & DSA products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan processing. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and performance metrics. Desired Candidate Profile 2-20 years of experience in Sales or Business Development role in NBFCs or similar industries. Strong understanding of BIL (Business Loan), DSA (Direct Selling Agent), Unsecured Loans, and other financial products. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
