The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, channel management, or franchise sales, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Identify and onboard new franchise partners in assigned territories
· Develop and implement strategies for franchise and business expansion
· Handle the complete franchise acquisition cycle — from lead generation, presentation, negotiation to closure
· Conduct market research and territory mapping for growth potential
· Maintain relationships with potential investors, business owners, and partners
· Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and operations
· Represent the company at relevant exhibitions, trade fairs, and meetings
· 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Franchise Sales, or Channel Expansion
· Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
· Proven ability to achieve sales/expansion targets
· Willingness to travel across India for business meetings
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
· MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
