Job Description

About Us:

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients across targeted industries.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
Develop tailored recruitment solutions and proposals aligned with client needs.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure smooth fulfillment of client requirements.
Conduct market research to identify emerging business trends and potential growth areas.
Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to strengthen brand presence.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
3–6 years of proven experience in
business development or sales within the recruitment or staffing industry preferred.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Should be willing to travel domestic/overseas.

Salary Negotiable
