Hiring Recruitment Consultant (AU, CA & US Markets)

Are you a dynamic Recruitment Consultant with hands-on experience in the Australian, Canada and US recruitment landscapes? We're looking for a passionate professional who can manage full-cycle recruitment, build strong client relationships, and help expand our global reach.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for roles across Australia and the US
• Partner with clients to understand job requirements, team culture, and expectations
• Use sourcing tools like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and ATS
• Conduct pre-screenings and behavioral interviews
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines across various sectors
• Ensure compliance with local hiring standards in AU & US
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and hiring managers

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience (AU, CA & US markets preferred)
• Understanding of labor laws, visa processes & market trends in both regions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage multiple roles
• Experience hiring in healthcare, hospitality, retail, or engineering is a plus
