Role Overview: You will be a Business Development Manager at Global Study Partners (GSP) in Mumbai, playing a crucial role in driving growth and success in B2B Sales within the Study Abroad space. Your minimum 3 years of experience in Agency Recruitment Management will contribute to strategic planning and execution of business development activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and train education agents to effectively represent and promote the brand. - Source and onboard agents through various channels like fairs, business trips, inquiries, referrals, and targeted searches. - Recruit international students through a B2B agency model, with preference given to candidates with prior experience. - Identify and nurture potential business partners while strengthening relationships with existing clients. - Conduct market and client research and engage with key stakeholders in the education industry.
