Job Title – Business Development Manager

Job Purpose – To develop industry intelligence, build rapport with prospects, develop the Outreach team, carry forward leads to effective meeting and ensure closures.

Experience required – 5-10yrs


About Role:

  • Research, build rapport and develop Tuesdays' B2B digital marketing business across manufacturing and technology sectors.
  • Ensure closure of leads being generated by in-house team.
  • Share inputs for all sales collaterals and activities like event participation, workshops etc, to accelerate client acquisition.
  • Have a pool of key prospects generated for direct communication to acquire their marketing and sales processes.
  • Have good knowledge of working on large data sets through various tools and research practices on a regular basis like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hootsuite etc.
  • Follow a process which is active for client verification real time, including trackers, dashboards and presentations for weekly reviews.
  • Target driven to accomplish 1000+ network connections and generate 10-15 meetings per month with 80% closure rate with the team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Proficient in team management to conduct thorough follow-ups with leads, schedule appointments, and schedule meetings between prospects and account executives.
  • Develop and increase industry/product knowledge and acumen to position Tuesdays clients value proposition to multiple vertical segments.


Qualifications

  • B2B sales experience is a must with proven track record of meeting targets. Agency experience preferred.
  • Extremely target oriented with revenue generating skills for business advancement.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening)
  • Go-getter attitude with research and data driven logical reasoning.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to succeed in an ever-changing, entrepreneurial environment
  • A handful of curiosity, courtesy and passion
  • Ability to think on the go, organize, and prioritize actionables
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
