The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the travel industry, with a proven ability to acquire, manage, and grow corporate accounts. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through tailored corporate travel solutions. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: • Identify, target, and secure new corporate clients, driving business growth. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. • Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends. Client Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction. • Customise travel solutions based on client needs, focusing on cost efficiency and service excellence. • Conduct regular account reviews to optimize travel programs and enhance client value. Negotiation & Contracting: • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with corporate clients. • Collaborate with suppliers and travel partners to secure competitive rates and exclusive deals. • Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and industry regulations. Collaboration & Reporting: • Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, and customer service) to deliver seamless corporate travel solutions. • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Key Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in corporate sales or business development within the travel industry. • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate travel management, global travel trends, and supplier negotiations . • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets. • Client-Focused: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage with corporate decision-makers. • Tech-Savvy • Flexibility: Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or a related field. • Experience working with corporate travel management companies (TMCs). • Strong network within the corporate travel sector.
