Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment space.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR heads, and decision-makers.
• Pitch recruitment solutions including permanent staffing, contract staffing, RPO, and project-based hiring.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through client acquisition and account expansion.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential leads.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in business development within the staffing/recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition models, and client expectations.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS systems.
• Network of HR professionals and corporate decision-makers.
• Strategic thinking and consultative selling approach.
