Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, your role is crucial in driving sales growth and strategically managing inventory for our company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Increasing Store Sales: You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive in-store footfall, boost conversion rates, and achieve monthly revenue targets. - Corporate Business Development: Your role involves identifying, pitching, and securing partnerships with corporates for bulk orders, gifting, and collaborations. - Inventory Monetization: You will plan and implement initiatives to sell existing stock through targeted promotions, events, and tie-ups. - Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value customers, stylists, and corporate buyers will be a key focus area. - Market Research & Strategy: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. - Event & Campaign Coordination: Working closely with marketing to organize pop-ups, in-store events, and campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales. - Reporting: Tracking performance metrics, preparing regular sales reports, and recommending corrective actions. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in business development, retail sales, or corporate sales (fashion industry experience preferred). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong network in the fashion/lifestyle/corporate space is a plus. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. - Female candidates are preferred for this role.
