Job Description

The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and creating strategies to expand the organization's market presence. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with the company's offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's customer base.
  • Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Mentor and train junior members of the business development team, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of business principles and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Solid negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close deals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
