The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving partnerships and sales with schools for the company’s products, programs, or services. The role involves identifying prospective schools, building strong relationships with school leadership, and ensuring successful onboarding and engagement. This is a full-time role located in Chennai.
· Identify and approach potential schools (private, public, international) for partnerships.
· Pitch the company’s offerings (programs, services, solutions) to school management, principals, and decision-makers.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with school stakeholders to ensure long-term engagement.
· Achieve and exceed sales/partnership targets for assigned territories.
· Conduct school visits, presentations, product demos, and workshops for teachers and students where required.
· Maintain an updated database of schools, leads, and interactions in CRM systems.
· Collaborate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth program implementation in schools.
· Gather market insights on competitor offerings, pricing, and school needs.
· Represent the company at school events, education fairs, and networking forums.
