Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding Business Associates/Business Partners, acquiring new clients, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Brokerage, Stock Market, Demat Accounts, PMS, Mutual Funds, SIPs, and Fixed Deposits, along with excellent relationship and sales skills.


About the Role

The candidate will be responsible for onboarding Business Associates/Business Partners, acquiring new clients, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new Business Associates, Channel Partners, and Clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, HNIs, and business partners.
  • Promote and sell financial products including: Brokerage & Stock Trading, Demat Accounts Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Mutual Funds, SIPs & Fixed Deposits.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Negotiate and successfully close business deals.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client servicing.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market movements.


Qualifications


  • 1.6 Years to 10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management (financial services preferred).
  • Any Graduation or Post Graduation is acceptable.


Required Skills


  • Strong knowledge of: Stock Market & Brokerage, Demat Operations, PMS, Mutual Funds, SIPs & Fixed Deposits
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.


Preferred Skills


  • Experience in financial services preferred.
