Sr. UX / Product Designer

As a Senior UX/Product Designer Strategic Experience Lead at our company, your primary role is to shape unified, service-level experiences across our fintech ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving product vision, discovery, research, and scalable design systems in close collaboration with product, engineering, and leadership teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design of SaaS products on enterprise-scale, multi-tenant platforms - Demonstrate expertise in end-to-end UX/Product Design from discovery to delivery - Utilize research skills such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field studies - Execute design tasks including creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs - Develop and maintain design systems focusing on accessibility, responsive design, and scalable frameworks - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, Axure, InVision, and other prototyping tools - Apply methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Agile development - Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and executives - Possess technical awareness of front-end principles like HTML, CSS, and design handoff processes - Showcase soft skills like storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and strong communication - Embrace an innovation mindset by staying updated on AI-enhanced personalization, UX trends, and emerging design practices **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors (5-8 yrs) or Masters (2-5 yrs) in Design / HCI / Psychology from premier institutes (NID, IIT, etc.) In this role, you will play a crucial part in crafting exceptional user experiences and driving innovation within the organization.,
