Your engagement will involve contributing to customer projects by developing end-user modules" firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the latest telecommunication and industry standards, and analyzing customer requirements. Requirements: Basic Qualifications: - 8-10 years of UX/product design experience, with 3-5 years in senior roles focusing on strategic and cross-product work. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related disciplines, preferably from premier institutions (e.g., NID, IIT). - Successful track record in designing for enterprise-scale SaaS and multi-tenant platforms. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe CC, interactive prototyping, and design system tooling. - Ability to integrate qualitative insights and quantitative signals effectively. - Experience leading or maintaining design systems across multiple product teams. - Expertise across the full product lifecycle, including advanced use of design and research tools, and strategic application of AI in experience design. - Deep understanding of Lean UX, proficiency in Agile frameworks, workflows, and team collaboration models. - Strong skills in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and storytelling, with comfort in presenting to C-level audiences. - Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React), data visualization, and accessibility standards. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, especially in AI-driven product experiences and innovative interaction paradigms. Job Responsibilities: Product Strategy, Vision, and Planning: - Collaborate on the product vision with product and tech leads using design-led opportunity mapping and strategic foresight to shape holistic experiences. - Translate business objectives into outcome-driven roadmaps and experience KPIs, validating concepts through design sprints and storytelling. Customer Experience Research, Insights, and Execution: - Conduct regular research cycles using usability tests, insight dashboards, and analytics to support continuous discovery. - Convert insights into opportunity backlogs and design hypotheses that influence product strategy. - Share insights across teams, lead sense-making sessions, and prioritize user needs. - Utilize analytics, sentiment data, longitudinal studies, and ethnographic research to develop rich insight pipelines. Product Design and Development: - Create scalable feature frameworks and modular UX patterns for long-term growth. - Design unified, cross-platform experiences by connecting visual design, service logic, and system capabilities. - Develop interaction models based on real user behavior, integrating AI and adaptive UX patterns. - Validate designs at scale through A/B testing, usage analytics, and production data. - Establish UX quality benchmarks using metrics like task success and time on task. - Collaborate with engineering for optimal handoff, maintain component libraries, and ensure high-quality delivery.
