Your engagement with us will involve contributing to our customer by developing end-user module firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the latest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of customer requirements. Basic Qualifications: - 8-10 years of UX/product design experience; with 3-5 years in senior roles influencing strategic and cross-product work. - Bachelors or Masters in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related disciplines; preference for premier institutions (e.g., NID, IIT). - Proven success in designing for enterprise-scale SaaS and multi-tenant platforms. - Advanced expertise in tools like Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe CC, interactive prototyping, and design system tooling. - Proficiency in integrating qualitative insights and quantitative signals. - Experience leading or maintaining design systems across federated product teams. - Expertise across the full product lifecycle, utilizing design and research tools strategically, including AI in experience design. - Deep understanding of Lean UX, Agile frameworks, workflows, and team collaboration models. - Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to C-level audiences. - Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React), data visualization, and accessibility standards. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, particularly in AI-driven product experiences, personalized user journeys, and innovative interaction paradigms. Job Responsibilities: Product Strategy, Vision, and Planning: - Collaborate on the product vision with product and tech leads using design-led opportunity mapping, journey modeling, and strategic foresight to shape holistic service-level experiences. - Translate business OKRs into outcome-driven roadmaps and experience KPIs; lead long-term concept validation through design sprints and storytelling. Customer Experience Research, Insights, And Execution: - Conduct regular research cycles using tools like usability tests, insight dashboards, and analytics to support continuous discovery. - Transform insights into opportunity backlogs and design hypotheses that influence product strategy and test plans. - Share insights across teams and lead sense-making sessions to prioritize user needs. - Combine analytics, sentiment data, longitudinal studies, and ethnographic research to build rich insight pipelines. Product Design and Development: - Develop scalable feature frameworks and modular UX patterns to support long-term growth. - Create unified, cross-platform experiences by designing workflows that connect visual design, service logic, and system capabilities. - Design interaction models based on real user behavior, incorporating AI and adaptive UX patterns. - Validate designs at scale using A/B testing, usage analytics, and production data. - Establish UX quality benchmarks with metrics like task success, time on task, and friction scores. - Collaborate with engineering to optimize handoff, maintain component libraries, and ensure high-quality delivery.
