Role Overview

Senior UX/Product Designer

design education (B.Des/M.Des)

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the
end-to-end design process
– from research, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to high-fidelity visuals.
Conduct
user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions
to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with Product Managers & Engineers to ensure designs are implemented with high quality.
Create and maintain
design systems, UI kits, and interaction guidelines
.
Deliver
intuitive user journeys
that enhance acquisition, activation, and retention.
Translate business needs and user insights into scalable product experiences.
Stay updated with design trends and apply best practices to elevate user experience.

What We’re Looking For

4–7 years of
UX/Product Design experience
in B2C digital products.
Strong
educational background in design
(Design school / B.Tech Architecture preferred).
Solid understanding of
UX principles, design-thinking frameworks, and accessibility
.
Proficiency in tools such as
Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
.
Strong portfolio showcasing
end-to-end product design work
(mobile + web).
Experience working in
lean, high-growth teams
with ownership and autonomy.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present design ideas.
Exposure to
OTT/video streaming platforms
is a strong plus.
