Job Description

Work Mode - Hybrid - 3 days in the office.

Work Location - Guindy Olympia Tech Park, 8th Floor or Siruseri

Experience required - 7 to 12 yrs.

Notice Period - 0 to 10 days from the date of the Level 1 (L1) technical interview.

Team - Product Team

Office timing - General Timing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UX strategy, research, and design execution for critical product areas.
Translate requirements into
wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity designs.
Build
pixel-perfect, accessible, and performant UI components
using modern front-end frameworks.
Partner with product/project managers, architects, and developers to shape user-centric solutions.
Conduct usability testing and validate design decisions with data.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong command of
user research, interaction design, visual design, and responsive layout techniques.
Expert in
Figma, Sketch, or similar design platforms.
Hands-on experience with
React, Vue, Angular
, or similar frameworks.
Strong
understanding of accessibility (WCAG), usability principles, and information architecture.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in enterprise SaaS or large-scale consumer applications.
Familiarity with analytics tools (
Hotjar, FullStory, GA4
) for UX insights.
Knowledge of
UX heuristics
, cognitive load principles, and behavioural design.
