As a Senior Specialist in Product Experience Design at our development center in Pune, you will play a crucial role in designing Proof-of-Concepts and Minimum Viable Data Products (MVPs) using human-centric design principles and rapid prototyping methodologies such as Lean UX and Design Thinking. You will collaborate cross-functionally with industry verticals, regional leads, and end-users in "Design Thinking" workshops to ensure optimal digital data products. Your role will involve exploring innovative possibilities in the realm of Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) while adhering to regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will contribute to and leverage existing design patterns in Mastercard's design pattern library, driving the evolution of data-driven products and shaping the future of Mastercard's growth. You will be responsible for creating a cohesive and visually compelling language across various platforms such as web, mobile, and Internet of Things, as well as working on future state conceptual designs to enhance the overall quality of product design. Collaboration with brand and marketing partners, alongside the broader user experience team, will be essential in delivering delightful and highly usable transactional experiences. Furthermore, you will work closely with the technology team to define implementation standards for products, ensuring a balance between business objectives and user engagement. Your extensive experience in Interaction Design will be invaluable, as you develop User Archetypes, Personas, and user journeys to inform product design decisions. You will demonstrate proficiency in rapid prototyping, articulate engaging experiences through sketches, storyboards, and prototypes, and work with complex information architectures. Utilizing tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Experience Design, and Adobe Illustrator, you will bring your creative vision to life and contribute to the visualization of data-driven products. In addition to your core skills, your expertise in Visual Design will be showcased through the creation of compelling visual mockups and prototypes across various media and form factors. You will leverage leading VXD software packages and demonstrate an understanding of complex information architectures for visual representation. Any experience in motion graphic design or 3D modeling will be a strong advantage in this role. Your research abilities will be put to use as you consume UX research, lead Design Thinking workshops, and identify best-in-class user experiences through competitor analysis. Your commitment to learning and staying abreast of new concepts and technologies will be crucial, ensuring the continuous evolution of design possibilities. As a candidate for this position, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design for Interactive Media or equivalent experience, along with a world-beating portfolio covering multiple form factors.
