Job Summary:

A UI/UX Designer role focused on creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The position involves crafting user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma while maintaining a scalable design system. The designer will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Craft intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes with solid IA
Translate product goals and user needs into thoughtful, user-friendly design solutions
Develop high-fidelity UI in Figma using reusable components and variables
Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system across products
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards, adapt well across devices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with product strategy
Actively participate in design critiques, user testing, and iterative feedback cycles
Clearly document and communicate design decisions to stakeholders and team members
