Business Development Manager (B2C & B2B)

📍 Location: Ahmedabad & Surat

🕒 Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach and foster relationships with business associates and educational institutions.
• Analyze and report on trends in international student visas and immigration policies.
• Present and promote our services to potential B2B partners and educational institutions.
• Achieve a target of 30 student visa applications per month from B2B sources.
• Coordinate with visa counselors to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Manage B2B and retail channels to meet monthly revenue targets of ₹5 lakhs.
• Plan and execute promotional events to increase walk-ins and boost student applications.
• Maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes.
• Organize offline marketing activities and educational sessions.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to analyze market trends and create actionable strategies.
• Event planning and public speaking abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of international student visa processes (UK, Canada, USA, Australia, Europe).
• Familiarity with immigration laws, local and international education systems.
• Time management, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in education or immigration.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
