Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities 1. Client Counseling: - Provide expert guidance on visitor visa options for various countries - Assess client needs and recommend suitable visa types - Explain visa requirements, processes, and timelines 2. Document Management: - Collect and organize required documents from clients - Prepare and review visa application files - Draft necessary letters and supporting documents for visa applications 3. Application Processing: - Complete visa application forms accurately - Submit applications to relevant embassies or consulates - Track application status and update clients regularly 4. Client Communication: - Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the visa process - Provide updates on application status and any additional requirements - Address client queries and concerns promptly 5. Post-Arrival Guidance: - Offer basic information and support for clients after visa approval - Provide guidance on initial steps upon arrival in the destination country 6. Record Keeping: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records - Update and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - Track and report on visa application outcomes 7. Target Achievement: - Work towards meeting monthly visitor visa enrollment targets - Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization Skills and Knowledge: 1. Language Proficiency: - Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (both written and spoken) 2. Visa Expertise: - In-depth knowledge of visitor visa requirements and processes for target countries - Understanding of immigration laws and regulations 3. Customer Service: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to explain complex information in a clear, understandable manner 4. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software - Competent in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 5. Documentation: - Excellent writing skills for preparing letters and applications - Attention to detail in reviewing and organizing documents 6.
