Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Handle walk-in inquiries

2. Record and maintain accurate data of walk-in clients

3. Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in clients

4. Guide clients to appropriate counselors based on their needs

5. Provide general administrative support, including scanning documents and coordinating courier services

6. Conduct follow-up calls with walk-in clients and IELTS students and record the same 

7. Track IELTS faculty schedules and student progress

8. Maintain and update Excel sheets for Canadian colleges and universities

9. Perform follow-up calls with clients as needed

10. Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management
