Job Description

We are looking for a polite, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive with 0 to 2 years of experience to manage patient walk-ins, appointment coordination, billing support, and front-desk operations at Modern Diagnostic & Research Center. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch service to our patients.

Roles and Responsibility

Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage registrations, patient entries, appointments, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
Provide information about tests, pricing, and procedures to patients and their families.
Coordinate with lab, radiology, and billing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle billing, receipts, and daily cash reconciliation accurately and promptly.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring a professional environment.
Ensure smooth patient flow and professional service.

Job Requirements

Graduate in any discipline with strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, data entry) and knowledge of billing and cash handling.
Ability to manage patient registrations and appointments, along with good coordination with internal departments.
Polite, professional, presentable behavior, and a patient-focused approach.
Problem-solving and multitasking ability, with the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
