We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive with 0 to 2 years of experience to handle patient queries, appointment booking, test information, and service-related support with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to provide accurate information about tests, appointments, reports, and services. Roles and Responsibility Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries and provide timely resolutions. Provide accurate information about tests, appointments, reports, and services to patients and their families. Maintain call logs and update CRM systems for seamless communication. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution and excellent customer service. Handle chats over social media and respond to patient queries professionally. Ensure excellent customer service and prompt issue resolution. Job Requirements Minimum 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a call center is preferred. Past diagnostic customer care experience is preferred, along with good communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM usage, is required. Ability to handle patient queries with patience and clarity, possessing a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good communication skills in Hindi and English are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
