Student Visa Counselor ( UK, Canada, Hungary, Greece, France) Roles & Responsibilities: Student Counseling: Guide students and dependent visa applicants on country-specific admission processes, university selection, course options, and visa pathways for UK, Canada, Hungary, Greece, France Lead Management & Follow-ups: Handle all walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads. Maintain proactive and structured follow-ups to maximize conversions. Application & Visa Guidance: Support students with documentation, SOP guidance, online university applications, and visa filing procedures for both student and dependent visas . Pipeline Management: Maintain regular updates with students regarding their case status. Actively push students to complete pending formalities like application fees, tuition deposits, and documentation. Coordination & Documentation: Ensure accurate maintenance of student case files, CRM updates, and adherence to visa timelines. Target Achievement: Work on daily, weekly, and monthly counseling targets and contribute towards achieving branch admission goals. Pre and Post-Application Support: Assist students even after offer issuance — guiding them on tuition fee payments, visa interview preparation, accommodation advice, and travel planning. Quality Counseling Standards : Ensure that students are guided ethically, accurately, and with complete transparency, upholding the brand’s reputation. Candidate Requirements: Smart, target-oriented, and thrives under pressure Excellent communication, counseling, and persuasion skills Highly organized and strong follow-up ability Prior student visa counseling experience required (1–3 years) Strong proficiency in English; other languages are a plus Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for student success Only Ahmedabad candidates can apply for this role Location: C.G.
