Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets in the South Indian market.
  
• Identify new business opportunities, channels, and segments to expand the customer base.
  
• Promote and sell HVAC products to consultants, contractors, architects, and end clients.
  

Client Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
  
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  
• Address customer queries, technical requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.
  

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  
• Provide feedback to management on market demands, pricing, and new business possibilities.
  

Technical & Commercial Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, proposals, technical support, and order processing.
  
• Prepare sales forecasts, commercial proposals, and project follow-ups.
  

Reporting

• Maintain MIS reports, sales pipeline, and activity updates.
  
• Present weekly/monthly sales performance reports to the management.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  HVAC products, systems, and market dynamics

  .
• Proven track record of sales and business development in the HVAC industry (mandatory).
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage a large territory.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum

  6 years of experience

  in HVAC product sales.

• Any graduate

  , engineering background is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
