We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with a strong background in HVAC projects to join our team in Hyderabad . The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing project schedules, monitoring project progress, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure effective execution of project plans. Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Identify and highlight risks or potential delays; provide mitigation strategies. Analyze project performance and provide progress reports. Work closely with procurement and engineering teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources. Assist in resource allocation and manpower planning. Maintain documentation related to project planning and execution. Required Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in HVAC planning and execution . Proficiency in project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project). Strong understanding of mechanical systems related to HVAC. Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Preferred Candidate Profile: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in HVAC industry. Prior experience in planning roles within MEP/Construction projects is highly desirable.
