Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in HVAC systems, specifically Basement Ventilation Systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site execution, preparation of Material Inspection Reports (MIR), billing processes, and overall project management to ensure successful delivery within time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute HVAC projects on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality, and safety standards.
  
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of Basement Ventilation Systems.
  
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including Material Inspection Reports (MIR), billing, and other project-related documents.
  
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure project objectives are met.
  
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards related to HVAC systems.
  
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
  
• Lead project meetings, report progress, and escalate risks as necessary.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline.
  
• Minimum 6 years of experience in site execution and project management within the HVAC industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, especially Basement Ventilation Systems.
  
• Experience in preparing MIR, billing, and handling project documentation.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  

Package:

• 5.5 Lakhs 9 Lakhs per annum (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
