Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in HVAC systems, specifically Basement Ventilation Systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site execution, preparation of Material Inspection Reports (MIR), billing processes, and overall project management to ensure successful delivery within time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute HVAC projects on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality, and safety standards.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of Basement Ventilation Systems.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including Material Inspection Reports (MIR), billing, and other project-related documents.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure project objectives are met.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards related to HVAC systems.
Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Lead project meetings, report progress, and escalate risks as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 6 years of experience in site execution and project management within the HVAC industry.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, especially Basement Ventilation Systems.
Experience in preparing MIR, billing, and handling project documentation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Package:

5.5 Lakhs 9 Lakhs per annum (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
