Job Summary

SEES is looking for an experienced Client Servicing & Business Development Manager to drive

business growth by building a robust sales pipeline and managing key accounts. The ideal

candidate will have prior exposure to handling large FMCG or marquee corporate brands in an

agency or events environment and will play a crucial role in expanding client relationships and

revenue.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Pipeline Growth

• Drive new business opportunities by building and managing a strong sales pipeline

• Utilize existing industry relationships to generate repeat and incremental business

• Identify and engage key stakeholders across large corporate accounts


Client Servicing & Key Account Management

• Act as the main point of contact for enterprise-level clients

• Manage client expectations and ensure long-term partnerships through proactive

servicing

• Focus on account growth, renewals, and upselling opportunities


Pitching, Ideation & Presentations

• Lead brainstorming sessions for campaign and event concepts

• Develop impactful pitch decks, proposals, and presentations aligned with client

objectives

• Collaborate with creative, design, and operations teams for winning pitches


Budgeting, Commercials & Closures

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost sheets, and proposals

• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations to close deals profitably


Project Management & Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects

• Track timelines, deliverables, and project quality from brief to closure


CRM & Reporting

• Maintain lead, pipeline, and client data using CRM systems

• Track conversions, forecasts, and performance metrics


Required Skill Set

• Strong experience in client servicing and business development

• Exposure to handling large corporate / FMCG clients via agency or events setup

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools

• Expertise in pitching, ideation, deck making, and budget planning

• Strong project management and coordination capabilities

• Collaborative team player with a solution-driven mindset


Desired Profile

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in events, experiential marketing, advertising, or

agency environments

• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and close high-value business

• Existing relationships with senior marketing stakeholders will be an advantage
