Our advanced elevators, imported from Italy, include Hydraulic, Gearless Belt Drive, and custom-designed platforms tailored to fit any size or design. Stag Elevators require no pit, headroom, or machine room and operate on single or three-phase power. They are equipped with AI features for proactive error notifications, offering a reliable, safe, and innovative vertical mobility experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager at Stag Elevators. The role involves identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and driving sales for the company’s state-of-the-art vertical mobility solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing actionable business strategies, conducting client presentations, managing customer needs, and achieving sales targets to contribute to company growth.

Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, with proven ability to identify and engage with prospective clients
Experience in market research, client needs analysis, and developing customized business strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in relationship management and customer service
Experience in or knowledge of the elevator or construction industry is considered an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to dynamic market conditions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Prior experience in on-site business roles is preferred
