Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA is required (specialisation in Marketing, Sales, or related fields preferred).
  • Technical background is highly preferred (B.Tech, B.E., or similar technical education is an advantage).
  • Candidates with both MBA and technical degrees will be prioritised.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through frequent field visits, prospecting, and local market networking.
  • Achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets by actively engaging with potential and existing clients in person, often traveling across assigned regions or territories.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations to convert prospects into clients and close challenging sales.
  • Build and sustain strong personal relationships with customers, using on-site feedback to influence business decisions and product offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities firsthand, providing actionable insights and reports directly to management.
  • Lead field sales campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to ensure products and services meet real-world client requirements.
  • Overcome on-ground obstacles, manage rejection positively, and adapt approaches rapidly to changing client demands and competitive environments.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client locations, elevating brand reputation through superior on-field presence.

Experience
