Job Description

Inside Sales / Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential leads through various channels
Develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns for different geographies
Conduct lead qualification calls to assess the needs and interests of potential clients.
Ability to generate qualified leads and opportunities while pitching for
Finance and Accounting services and solutions
Achieve the monthly targets of completed meetings, sales qualified leads
Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and campaign performance in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Analyze data and develop strategies to improve lead generation efforts.
Driving qualified pipeline creation aligned to
FAO offerings
Converting inbound enquiries into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Supporting early-stage opportunity shaping in collaboration with sales

Qualifications

7+ years strong lead generation/business development background
Selling to
F&A services
to Domestic/International customers will be an added advantage
Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software
Experience with CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach
Flexible to work in shifts to focus on US
