About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, technical) to ensure client needs are met and solutions are effectively delivered.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Proven success in a B2B sales environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of either the 

  iGaming or IT industry

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience with international markets.
• Existing network of contacts within the iGaming or IT sectors.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced company environment.
