Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and promoting Sintron's diverse portfolio of hearing aid products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales strategy, and identifying new business opportunities
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is beneficial
