Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager at Greyshade, a leading digital marketing agency in Noida, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, acquiring new clients, managing sales and conversions, generating leads, meeting with clients, maintaining relationships, strategic planning, and reporting and analysis. This target-driven role requires confidence and motivation to achieve measurable results. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. - Analyze the competitive landscape and develop strategies to position services effectively. - Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and online platforms. - Develop and deliver compelling pitches and proposals to prospective clients. - Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. - Develop strategies to convert leads into long-term clients. - Generate high-quality leads through digital marketing, events, referrals, and partnerships. - Qualify leads and manage them through the sales pipeline. - Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to discuss their needs. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve their business goals. - Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expand the client base. - Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. - Proven track record of at least 2 years in business development (B2B), sales, or a similar role within the digital marketing industry. - Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.,
