Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales and team leadership, preferably in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with working on weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Conduct site visits and presentations to potential clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales with at least 1 year of team handling experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week, including weekends.
• Own vehicle preferred (Travel allowance will be provided, if applicable).
• Real estate experience is not required.
